Somebody who acts black, but is in no way black. Other than that they have slightly darker skin than everyone else in the area.

Guy 1: Have you met Darryl? He's the blackest guy in town.
Guy 2: Yeah, I know Darryl, but he's only Coleford Black.

An affectionate twat is sombody who you love or like but is still acting like a twat.

Girlfriend: Hey, I wont be able to hang out with you tonight.

Boyfriend: Ah, but we had plans, I don't want to cancel them
