quipping

Quipping is the method many video game developers use to avoid the workload involved with voice acting; it is the use of short phrases or sounds (grunts, laughter, etc.) in the place of fully voiced lines of dialogue.

The quipping in Fire Emblem seems kinda lazy, but I guess it saves time and money during production.

Morning slime

The slimy, collective build-up of drool and dead skin that forms on your lips overnight--usually an indicator that you slept pretty damn well.

Yeah man, that bed was awesome, it gave me crazy morning slime.
