Anyone of any age or generation who acts like a stereotypical Boomer.

I know Tyler is only 27 and doesn't actually belong to the Boomer generation. With his crappy goatee, goofy sunglasses and his penchant for filming himself rant in his Brodozer truck he is a Neoboomer.

Neoboomer

A person who is younger than the Baby Boomer generation but still acts like a stereotypical Boomer.

I know that guy is only in his 20's but the way he acts definitely makes him a Neoboomer.
