Abbreviation of Old Greg, taken from the TV show "The Mighty Boosh", an OG is someone who drains the living life out of people. He wants to be loved by all, however his insistance to be friends with everyone is what eventually drives all away.

John: "Dude, did you hear Steve Baldwin is hosting the Oscars?"
Michael: "That's weird, he's a real OG."
