What you say to someone after they achieve an accomplishment, does something you approve of, or when someone does or says something really cool. Interpreted as "that's so cool, it's at the same level of hotness as my best friend".

"I can't believe I just aced my final exam!" "That's bestie hot"

"What do you think of this dress?" "That dress is so cute, it's BESTIE hot"
