SynthRave

SynthRave is a high-energy electronic music subgenre that fuses the warm, melancholic aesthetic and 80s analog sound palette of SynthWave with the driving, euphoric rhythms and build-up/breakdown structures of 90s Eurodance and Trance. It also occasionally incorporates the happy, upbeat sound of Bubblegum Dance and the heavy drops of Brostep.

Thematically, SynthRave rejects the typical car/city landscape of Outrun, focusing instead on a distinct retro alien and UFO aesthetic. It is a faster, bouncier version of SynthWave designed for high-intensity dance events and parties.
