They include 26ish Democrats, 1 or 2 Libertarians, a Communist, and an inconsistent far-right kid. Symptoms include: Being in debate or band, hating your teachers, and losing the ability to talk to other people.

It would be said in a mocking voice to imitate the bottom you are busting the chops of. Possible places used could be when this M.I.N.A. would imply her lust for anime-based submissiveness for a bit too long. It's not an insult, rather a joking piece of irony.
