The physics-defying, extreme structural lean performed by someone completely passed out on fentanyl. While conscious awareness is totally gone, the body's involuntary survival reflexes lock the legs like steel posts, allowing them to freeze in impossible, agonizing angles—bent completely sideways or folded backward like a human pretzel—without ever actually tipping over.
