Almost the reverse of Japanglish. These are words invented by the Japanese to literally emulate English, but are totally confusing to native English speakers

Paper Driver = Licensed Driver w/o a car.
Service = Free item
Cunning = Cheating on Tests
Smart = Slender

Japanglish 

The speech pattern Wapanese use to show that they know 4-5 words in Japanese and try to insert them into everyday English speech in order to sound cute and/or superior.

Did you see that girl walking down the street. She is totemo kawaii!
