titspackle 

The phenomenon of large breasted women who wear low-cut, cleavage-bearing tops, and then "fill" the valley between their breasts with a long, ornate pendant or necklace, which often dangle below the breasts.

"Did you see what that woman was wearing? It's as if she thought she was covering up those big 'ol things with that titspackle!"
