A person that uses the internet/google/bing/Facebook/Twitter/Match.com to gather information about someone so they can stalk them online or in person.

Lushbian 

1. A woman that likes to drink socially (esp Wine) but not an alcoholic.
2. Women that become amorous with other women after a few drinks, but are not gay or bisexual.
3. Girlfriends that get amorous with each other after a few drinks but who are otherwise straight.

I have a few straight female friends, some of who are married, that, after a few drinks, become sexually playful with each other. At that point, I start calling them lushbians!
