A Jeffrey 

Similar to a 'Spliff', a jeffrey consists of many other drugs including marajuana, crushed up E's, opium, Heroine, Angel dust etc. There is not a set drug ratio for the Jeffrey it is decided by the producer of the Jeffrey.
