New Jersey Hula Hoop

To have 4 people face away from you, tie 3 straps around your hips and butt(and one more on your pelvis if you do not have a penis) and to rotate your hips as if you were using a hula hoop to anally penetrate the 4 members around you.

note: When in New Jersey, it is more commonly referred to as the Jefferson Hula Hoop.
