A game used in flirting over AIM sometimes, where a man and a woman will exchange true stories sometimes of the sexual nature, sometimes referred to as the question game. the end goal is the same, flirting and the possible discovery of other interesting information.

Jessica: Hey Joe, you wanna play truths?
Joe: Ok, but only if you go first ;)
