The term used as a show of hometown, or where you came from, or where you were born and raised. Used by those in the swamps and along the coasts of Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama.

You see dem boyz from da Bayou. Day ack all country and shit, but day know day jes from da Bayou.

Peelin' the Banana

A slang phrase that is synonymous with male masturbation. Other examples include: choking the chicken; jackin' the beanstalk.

My boy got punked by his girl, so he got left peelin' the banana.
