A person whose body looks okay when dressed, but-naked he/she looks fucked up. Similar to dun-lap, butter-face or booty-do.

After Shelia had that last baby, those stretch marks turned her but-naked. Joe is but-naked after losing 100 pounds, because all that flabby skin is so gross.
