A Vicky is an unbelievably hot girl that, despite her stupid character, she is intelligent both street and book smart. A Vicky will always do her best to make you happy and if she is mad at you, you have most likely done something terrible. A Vicky is very insecure and although she might seem extroverted, she needs reminding that she is loved. She also knows her selfworth and will not tollerate bullshit from anyone.
