A group of three or more beta status men who follow around a single, usually attractive, woman wherever she goes.

Jessica knew she'd need to summon her mentourage if she was to go shopping this afternoon. After all, she did need someone to carry her bags for her.

Femtourage

A group of three or more women who follow around a single, usually high status, man wherever he goes. See also mentourage.

Jack entered the club with his usual femtourage; a spiky-haired Asian girl on his left arm, a sultry, tattoo-sleeved redhead on his left and a haughty blond who strode behind him, casting disdainful looks at anyone who so much as looked in their direction.
