Femtourage 

A group of three or more women who follow around a single, usually high status, man wherever he goes. See also mentourage.

Jack entered the club with his usual femtourage; a spiky-haired Asian girl on his left arm, a sultry, tattoo-sleeved redhead on his left and a haughty blond who strode behind him, casting disdainful looks at anyone who so much as looked in their direction.

A group of fat, unattractive people that a more attractive person associates with to enhance their own perceived looks.

An entourage comprised entirely of fabulous gay men, typically found surrounding an exceptionally fashionable straight woman or successful, famous gay man.

Lisa has been clubbing every night with her fagtourage after being cast in Wicked.
