A catastrophe

Any group or collective of professional drivers, usually van drivers, especially white van drivers

'Oh look, there's a catastrophe happening over there having a right old moan about everything.' Or 'I've just been in the canteen and you wouldn't believe there's a catastrophe all standing around the free sausage rolls'.
