sprawlbilly

When a hillbilly gets a little bit of money, and moves into a suburb or subdivision, but still acts like a hateful noisy redneck. You can identify them if you spot a monster truck or muddy ATV parked in front of a beige McMansion.

Oh goody, the sprawlbilly is mowing his weeds with a snowmobile again (true story).
