flomin' 

someone who is a wannabe car person that thinks their car is much faster and more bad ass then in actuality, they tend to have a nice looking customized car which they hardly did any work on, they had someone else put all the time in whether it was a friend or a more qualified person that they threw money at

person 1- Hey did you see Bob's car?

person 2- Yea, it looks nice but I heard it's a joke under the hood and that he didn't do any of the work himself.

person 1- Really?! Wow!

person 2- Yea, and he thinks he's the coolest person on the planet when he's driving it.

person 1- He's flomin' for sure!
