BDR

A misshapen slab of concrete often mistook for a wizened gnomelike man.

The Kulturat Commisariat in Krakow is a nightmare perfectly expressed in poured concrete, certain to crush the dreams of our people, except for one small detail in the southeastern corner of the building, an unforeseen BDR, which has made us feel pity for the serfs and tartars so that we will destroy the building rather than subject them to the devastating gaze.
