Four Two Seven (Four To Seven) is the numeric designator coined by New Jersey hip hop artist Mickey Knoxx to promote the intake alcoholic beverages during Happy Hour which at most establishments takes place between the hours of 4pm to 7pm also to contrast and mimic the use of the number 420 and 4/20 in popular cannabis culture.
National Happy Hour Day should take place on April 27 of each year and consist of 24 hours of Happy Hour Specials also Drink specials should be given every day at 4:27pm.
