This phrase could mean one of two ways:

1. Adding one to the number of suicides in general.

2. Adding to on the number of murders in general.

You may have to be smart to understand this joke.

1. You look depressed. You look like you're about to add one to the statistic.

2. You look like you are about to go to some plaza and add one to the statistic.

Shiet or Sheit.

Another way to say "shit," but with an elongated EE sound to it.

Friend: "Did you finish your project?"
Me: "No.."
Friend: "You know it's due tomorrow..."
Me: "Shiet (or sheit or sheeeeeeeeeee-it. The "i" is silent)
