A black person, who like Orderly Moron Lousy Queen Jr, is from Georgia. yet who did more in the South, and more then any other black person in this country especially in Atlanta Georgia to help out society as a whole.
Time to fry Wayne Williams so we can put him on a stamp, give him his own holiday, and replace those wicked MLK streets with his name!
