A Singlish slang(Singapore Slang) used to express discontent or excitement,usually used with words “wah lao sia” or “sia lah”.

Ben:“why lao why you never play tank ,now I have to be tank sia ”(ml reference)

Ken:“you not happy,don't play lah”

Or "sia lah you really giving me your car for my birthday ah,thanks lah brother”
