Someone who thinks that Jalapeno's are the hottest form of chili pepper, and says so frequently.

Stew: "These jalapeno's are the hottest peppers EVAR!"

Chad: Dude, you are such a jalapendejo! Everyone knows the hottest pepper is the Bhut Jolokia!
