The art of getting a blow job and having someone ash a cigar on your head at the same time.

Example 1: Monica Lewinsky couldn’t get the smell of swisher sweets out of her hair for 2 weeks after the Blinton.

Example 2: After Rochambeauing, the Don told Bubba to watch the floof, don’t Blinton.
