When someone bulks to their max potential to the point where your face and body is covered in fat for the transition phase into extraordinary strength.

1. "Bro, see that huge motherfucker in the gym? I heard he's bulkmaxxing."
2. "Since I am bulkmaxxing, I eat 10,000 calories a day and the rest of the day I spend in the gym."
