The Skirts is a term referring to a group of religious females who believe that pants are for men and anything above the knee is an invitation for rape. Mormons, Jehovah Witnesses, Mennonites and Fundamental Baptist are the most common culprits of wearing these long “skirtism”.

Skirtism

The belief that men wear pants and women wear skirts and if not followed it may cause gender confusion and sin. Skirtism is most common in different religious groups.

She can't even wear shorts thats a bad case of skirtism.
