If a person has more money than is needed for a specific purpose or has a large amount of moeny in general it can be described as having 'Money for Bears' This is of course contextual to the situation.

The literal translation; Money for Bears - Enough money to feed a small family of bears.
a person goes out for a night clubbing and usually would spend about 30 but brings out more than 50, it can be described as money for bears.

going down the pub for a drink or two costs less than 10, more than 20 and this person has money for bears.
