Yobblestuttering
When a person is trying to tell a joke but they’re having trouble getting it out (or when they’re thinking it up on the spot). Usually used when someone is having trouble communicating or explaining things over text.

Blabbergabbling
Speaking too much; blabbering. When someone is being such a chatterbox they’re practically choking on their own words (figuratively). Also user when someone is saying too much information that’s best left unsaid.
“What’re you blabbergabbling my for?! I’ll knock you’re teeth straight!”
“Quit your blabbergabbling, my ears are about to fall off!”

An insult. A term to call prepubescent minors (or immature adults) when they think they’re being slick/sneaky with their words when they’re not.

Jabblegoffed
Astounded; taken aback. Surprised by something you find annoying or bothersome. Also a satirical way to say you’re surprised when you really aren’t.
“Wow~ I’m so jabblegoffed right now! Scared out of my wits!” (Satire)

Scatterbrained of sorts. Acting silly/goofy but actually not intending to (usually) which makes them look stupid almost.
“What? Why’d you throw the clothes onto the fan?! That’s so yoffersudded.”

Off your rocker. Acting absolutely out of character than usual due to external forces/situations; crooked (neutral).
