Before COVID was a thing, Wuhan was actually quite a nice city. Located in the central region of China, Wuhan is the capital city of the Hubei province and has a population of over 11 million.
This city has a rich history left by ancient Chinese dynasties so you will find many historical structures such as the Yellow Crane Tower.
The city is also situated right beside Yangtze River, the 3rd longest river in the world. The Yangtze River Bridge is also located here, and is the world's 2nd longest suspension bridge.
As for cuisine, Wuhan is mostly known for its soups and noodle dishes.
Though, Wuhan may be the last place you'd want to be during the summer, as temperatures get scorching hot.

Get the Wuhan mug.In retrospect, one of the greatest operating systems ever created. It was simple, it was modern, and it performed flawlessly (unlike Win 10 which is constantly riddled with bugs). It is ironic how Windows 10 adopted a more minimal user interface design, yet it is twice as more convoluted to use than Windows 7.
Using Windows 7 feels like freedom. Using Windows 10 feels like oppression.

Man I miss Windows 7. Although I like the design and function of Windows 10 (and 11), I really do miss the old Aero UI with the glass-paneled taskbar and such. I also miss those Win 7 themes that had those UI sound effects that change with it.
And overall everything in Win 7 just felt so much simpler and way less intrusive. It felt like it was your home.

Get the we have decided to move forward with other candidates at this time mug.Back then: one of the best operating systems on the market.
Currently: one of the most overrated old Windows operating systems.
It was as great as it could've been at the time, that's all I can say. But the cartoon-ish blue GUI was no doubt very outdated compared to the more refined Aero UI of Windows 7 (and Vista).
Windows XP didn't really give me fond memories as a child (6-9 y/o), but Win 7 sure did (10-12 y/o).

Flawed to the core by communist ideology, this man only did the bare minimum to differentiate himself from the likes of Soviet Russia or North Korea, but was still FAR far behind with regards to the 'utopia' he and its citizens envisioned. He was more antihero than hero. His cruelness and bigotry negates his goodwill. While he took the nation two steps foreword, the citizens took a toll of four steps backward.
