Not Too Old To Be Cool. What someone says to a cool elder when the elder usually understands something, but doesn't get it THIS (for emphasis, not shouting) time.

Also said by an elder who is clueless about the meaning of a standard acronym.

Elder: What does that mean?
Junior: Rolling On the Floor Laughing... gees mom! :)
