Mr Randall
A hairy middle aged man who’s occupation is a substitute teacher. He is often seen as a pedophile as he is often seen licking his lips while staring at 13-14 year old girls, touching girls while asking if they need any help, and occasionally walks in the girls change rooms during PE.
If I had a dollar for every time Mr Randall licked his lips at a 13 year old girl, I’d be a rich person
