Woto 

A central nervous system stimulant and street drug, methamphetamine. Sometimes called Woto Woto ( this is onomatopoeia of the bubbling sound of the water made by the meth bong when inhaling).

It’s also known as ice, crank, speed, crystal meth.

Last night, I went to daniel’s room and he was smoking woto.
