textzoned

When you're talking to a guy or girl you met out or on a dating site and they never commit to plans, but continue to text you for small talk over a long period of time.

I think I'm being textzoned again. I met this guy off of okcupid...he texts me every day, but avoids making plans with me at all costs. Does he just want someone to talk to!?
