It is a reference to people who made several hundred or even thousands of dollars during Reddit fueled pump and dumps in Money Markets, or Long term holders of various Crypto Currencies (i.e. Bitcoin, Ethereum, DOGE) Diamond Hand specifically alludes to the resilience of "Bag Holders" in the face of Market Adversity (i.e. Crypto Market Cycles)

I've been a DHBH since DOGE was mentioned in Talledega Nights! Haha.
