A pseudo-intellectual newsgroup poseur/stalker with an affinity for copying and pasting words that they can't understand. Also one who changes screen names in order to have fake conversations with themselves so that they can appear innocent and benevolent when the crap hits the fan.

a condition caused by ego or genetics, in which one's head is disproportionately large compared to his body.

My boyfriend's elephantitis of the head is so bad, he can barely squeeze it into Bob's car.
