A very generous and kind person who aims to please and joke. A creeper in a sense, yet you can't help but love Alketa; she's just special like that. She's the hottest piece of Albanian you will ever see. You don't fuck with Alketa because she'll fuck you up worse, or rape you hard. Alketa is always there for you and would never try to disappoint you. Be grateful if you know an Alketa. Alketa also has a tendency to rape people she likes, and messes with little kids who she doesn't know.
