In the East Caribbean, it's the way of saying fair-skin. Feskin is the adjective word (correct adjective is fair-skinned) used very commonly to refer to a light-skinned black person

Frè-lakay ( or Frè-nan-kay ) means "Home brother" in literal sense. It's a Patois term of endearment like "Homie" or "G"; a long time friend

Acronym for "In her/his modacunt". Basically, a vulgar exclamation similar to "fuck her/him/them!"
