An alternative lifestyle and culture founded in 2010 by the students of Penrith High School. It is frequently celebrated by the students with traditional greetings such as "Leadership!" or affirming the suggestion of leadership with, "Mmm, yeah, leadership." Other variations of this theme have since emerged, and are all regarded as canonical.
