Maydoo's are the weird, creepy-ass people that live next door to you. Every time that you see them, you witness something unexplainable, like something that only scumbag idiots may do (maydoo).
Look at that cracked-out maydoo in her 1970's polyester shit-brown dress sweeping her dirt yard with that busted-ass broom barefoot.
