Basket Watching

The act of staring at the crotch area of a male in hopes of seeing a bulge or outline of his penis. Men wearing mesh gym shorts and loose sweatpants are especially targeted by basket watchers.

Guy 1: Dude, are you basket watching?
Guy 2: No! I was just checking for drug smugglers!
