A title bestowed upon a person who frequently grips/gropes on people very roughly. Such actions are commonly done without the consent of the receiving party.

Did you see him with his girlfriend last night? He's such a McGrippy.

The act of rape, via the anus.
Usually deployed as a euphemism for anal rape but is largely ineffective due to the similarity of the two terms.
