It's origin is the assassination of Jamal Khashoggi, a Saudi dissident journalist was assassinated by agents of the Saudi government at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, Turkey. He was chopped up with a bonesaw.
The businessman depends on his deals with 'bonesaw people', 'Thiel-lites?' and others who have spare wealth.
