Wiggle-rack 

When a female is wearing an outfit that exposes the top of her cleavage, especially a tight outfit; when she walks, the cleavage wiggles or sways back and forth - noticed by males a mile away.

"Dude, check the wiggle-rack coming down the street. Ding-dong like a bell."
