Bwerg means that something is horrible. un-bearable, usually a smell.

"Oh my god, your breath is pure bwerg! Go and brush your teeth!"

If something is vwarm, it is annoying and giving you a headache. If someone is pissing you off, they are being vwarm.

I fucking hate Corronation Street. It is pure Vwarm.
