Giggly Fairy

A person who is overly positive about things. Too positive to the point where they can not act accordingly to the situation they are in.

They often have a lot of bottled up emotions, that they try to hide from themselves by fooling themselves to stay positive/happy.

A cat that is not good with new people.
A cat that does not enjoy being hugged or held.
